Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the verbumllc.com website (the "Site"), operated by Verbum LLC, a limited liability company registered in Georgia ("Verbum", "we"). By using the Site you accept these terms.
The Site is an informational company website. Verbum's products — such as wabi, BatumEmlak and propack.ge — are separate services with their own terms, presented within those products. Nothing on this Site creates a service contract or subscription by itself.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its hosting infrastructure, and not to use the Site in a way that could damage or overburden it.
3. Intellectual property
The content of this Site — text, design, graphics and the Verbum, wabi and BatumEmlak names and logos, and the propack.ge brand — is the property of Verbum LLC unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site (including WhatsApp, Meta and Stripe) belong to their respective owners; their mention does not imply endorsement.
4. Third-party links
The Site links to other websites operated by Verbum (such as batumemlak.com and propack.ge) and to third-party services. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
5. No warranties; limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". Information about products in development — including features and availability — may change without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Verbum LLC is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this Site.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Georgia unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
