VerbumWe design, build and operate digital products.
Verbum is an independent software studio. Our products — WhatsApp business messaging infrastructure, a real-estate platform and a live e-commerce operation — are designed, engineered and run in-house, with a focus on reliability and honest engineering.
Products & ventures
Everything below is built, owned and operated by Verbum LLC — software products we sell as subscriptions, and commerce operations we run ourselves.
wabiA WhatsApp Business Cloud API platform: shared team inbox, approved template management, bulk campaigns, automation flows, catalog integration and usage-based credits — built on Meta's official Cloud API.

propack.geWhat we do
Our expertise comes from shipping and operating the products above — not from slide decks.
WhatsApp Business Cloud API
Integrations on Meta's official Cloud API: inboxes, message templates, campaigns and conversation automation.
SaaS subscription infrastructure
Payments, invoicing and usage-based credit metering — the commercial backbone behind our own subscription products.
Real-estate platforms
Multilingual listing platforms with agent workflows, built and proven on the Georgian property market.
Multi-channel publishing
Automated syndication of content and listings across portals, messaging channels and social platforms.
Webhook & API design
Clean REST APIs and reliable webhook pipelines, designed so other systems can build on top of ours.
E-commerce operations
We don't only write software for commerce — we run our own online store, propack.ge, end to end.
Our platforms are built with Laravel and a modern web stack, and operated by the same team that writes them.
Where we're headed
The next chapter for Verbum is mobile — bringing the products we already run to the devices our users actually hold.
Our products, in your pocket
iOS and Android apps for wabi and our other platforms are in preparation and will be published under the Verbum LLC developer account.
Mobile-first by necessity
The people who use our platforms — real-estate agents, store operators — work on their feet, phone in hand. For us, mobile is not a showcase; it is the product's natural habitat.
New verticals, same intersection
We keep building where messaging, commerce and field operations meet — the intersection our existing products already live in.
How we work
We run what we build
Our products are not demos. BatumEmlak operates on the same messaging infrastructure that powers wabi, in a real market with real customers — problems surface with us before they reach anyone else.
Honest engineering
No invented numbers, no borrowed logos, no features announced before they work. What we publish about our products reflects what they actually do today.
